Iksula in Mumbai seeks a Sr. Pre-Sales Manager to deliver technical consultancy and lead pre-sales activities, translating industry and product knowledge into compelling client solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in IT/ITeS presales, deep ecommerce services experience, and proven ability to communicate complex concepts with clarity. This role requires strong leadership, presentation skills, and a customer-first mindset to drive business outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, CS or related field; master's preferred.
• 5–10 years IT/ITeS presales/domain experience.
• Minimum 5 years in ecommerce services.
• Proven experience in pre-sales or technical sales.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Job Role & Responsibility:

The Sr. Pre-Sales Manager will deliver technical consultancy and pre-sales activities, and transfer industry, technical and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Should have a work experience of 5-10 years in IT/ITeS industry, in presales/domain roles.
• Must have strong experience in ecommerce services, a minimum of 5 years.
• Proven experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or a technical sales role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• In-depth understanding of the ecommerce products, services, and industry trends.
• Technical knowledge and ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and propose effective solutions.
