Job Title: Pre Sales Engineer–ELV/MEP/FAPA

Position Overview

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer – MEP / ELV/FAPA to support the sales team with technical solutions, system design, BOQs, and proposals for Fire & Life Safety, ELV, and MEP projects. The role bridges technical expertise and commercial strategy to deliver winning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and propose MEP, ELV, and FAPA system solutions.
• Prepare technical submittals, system designs, SLDs, layouts, and compliance matrices.
• Develop BOQs, cost estimates, and techno-commercial proposals.
• Support tendering, RFP/RFQ responses, and bid submissions.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal engineering teams for optimized solutions.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and value engineering.
• Provide technical presentations and clarifications to clients, consultants, and sales teams.
• Support post-order handover to execution and commissioning teams.

Skills & Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Design / Estimation for MEP, ELV, or FAPA projects.
• Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm & PA (FAPA), ELV systems, and MEP integration.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, and proposal documentation.
• Good understanding of NFPA / IS codes, tender specifications, and authority requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work closely with sales, projects, and procurement teams.
