Job summary

Ysquare Technology is seeking a proactive Pre-Sales & Business Analyst in Chennai to work with clients, gather requirements, and prepare tailored digital solutions. You will collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver compelling proposals and documentation.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in Pre-Sales or BA, strong communication, and familiarity with AI-enabled processes. Exposure to AI-powered solutions is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Pre-Sales, BA, IT Consulting, or Solution Consulting.
• Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and business documentation.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, stakeholder management, and client communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools, Prompt Engineering, or Generative AI concepts is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving ability with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to understand business requirements and challenges.
• Participate in discovery meetings, requirement discussions, and client presentations.
• Prepare solution proposals, presentations, estimations, and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Coordinate with technical teams to define the most suitable solution architecture.
• Support the sales team during proposal submissions, client demos, and technical discussions.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and assist in converting opportunities into successful projects.
• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and process diagrams.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate requirement clarification sessions and manage change requests.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance business analysis, documentation, and solution design.
• Create and optimize prompts for AI-assisted business workflows where applicable.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, AI trends, and digital transformation practices.
