Job summary

Techugo in India is seeking a proactive Business Analyst (Pre-Sales) with 1+ year of IT experience to bridge clients and technical teams, capture business requirements, and support the sales cycle.

You will prepare SRS, BRD, FRD, user stories, wireframes, and use cases, coordinating with UI/UX, development and QA teams. This role requires strong analytical, communication and presentation skills for domestic and international clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ years as a BA in IT services or software dev.
• Hands-on Pre-Sales BA experience.
• Strong SDLC, Agile & Scrum knowledge.
• Experience eliciting & documenting BRD/FRD/SRS/User Stories.
• Familiar with wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Draw.io, Visio).
• Understand web and mobile software solutions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation & stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales & BD to understand client requirements.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions with domestic/international clients.
• Translate requirements into functional specs.
• Prepare SRS, BRD, FRD, user stories, wireframes, workflows & use cases.
• Estimate scope, timelines & effort with technical team.
• Prepare proposals, documentation & presentations for client discussions.
• Participate in client meetings, product demos & solution presentations.
• Coordinate with UI/UX, Development & QA to clarify requirements.
• Conduct market research & competitor analysis for tech solutions.
• Support in RFP/RFI responses & SOW preparation.
• Assist handover from pre-sales to delivery team.
• Stay updated on industry trends & digital transformation.
