Job summary

Techugo is seeking a proactive Business Analyst (Pre-Sales) with 2+ years of IT industry experience to bridge clients and the technical team. You will understand business requirements, draft project documentation, and assist the sales team during pre-sales.

You will collaborate with sales, BD, UI/UX, development, and QA teams, and contribute to proposals, demos, and client discussions, ensuring clear requirements and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Business Analyst in IT services or software development.
• Hands-on Pre-Sales Business Analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in requirement elicitation and documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories).
• Knowledge of wireframing tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Draw.io, or Visio.
• Understanding of web and mobile applications and software solutions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and BD teams to understand client requirements.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with domestic and international clients.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into detailed functional specifications.
• Prepare SRS, BRD, FRD, user stories, wireframes, workflows, and use cases.
• Estimate project scope, timelines, and effort with technical team.
• Prepare proposals, project documentation, and presentations for client discussions.
• Participate in client meetings, product demos, and solution presentations.
• Coordinate with UI/UX, Development, and QA teams to ensure clear requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to recommend technology solutions.
• Assist in preparing project estimations, RFP/RFI responses, and SOWs.
• Support handover from pre-sales to delivery team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and digital transformation solutions.
