ProLegion is seeking a hands-on PPC Specialist with 4+ years of experience in Google Ads, focused on high-budget ecommerce campaigns and ROAS optimization. The role demands end-to-end management from keyword research to performance analysis, with a strong emphasis on conversions and revenue.

You will manage campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and YouTube, leveraging GA4 and GTM for conversion tracking and insights in Noida. This is a work-from-office position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Google Ads/PPC experience.
• Proven experience managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong experience with e-commerce brands.
• Excellent proficiency in Google Search Ads and Performance Max.
• Knowledge of Google Shopping, Display, YouTube, GA4, and GTM.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversions and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and YouTube.
• Manage high-budget accounts and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversions and revenue.
• Handle end-to-end campaign execution including keyword research, ad creation, bidding, budgeting, targeting, and optimization.
• Analyze search terms and implement negative keywords to improve traffic quality.
• Optimize campaigns based on audience, location, device, products, and performance data.
• Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Ads, GA4, and GTM.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable optimization insights.
