Job summary

Parko Hardware in Faridabad, Haryana, is seeking a PPC Executive to plan, monitor, and control production processes in our hardware manufacturing unit. The role requires a solid understanding of production flow, material planning, and scheduling, with the ability to analyze production data.

You will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans, coordinate with production, purchase, and stores, monitor WIP, ensure optimal utilization of resources, and support timely dispatch.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong understanding of production processes and planning methods.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Emails Writing and ERP software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on orders and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, and stores departments to ensure smooth material flow.
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and update production status reports.
• Ensure optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and materials.
• Analyze production delays and suggest corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Support the dispatch team to meet delivery timelines.
• Prepare and analyze production data, material consumption, and efficiency reports.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards on the shop floor.
