Job summary

Theia New Consultancy in Maharashtra, India is seeking a Production Planner to prepare and manage daily, weekly and monthly production plans, ensuring optimal utilization of machines, manpower and materials. You will coordinate with procurement, stores and production teams for smooth operations.

You will monitor variances, track inventory, plan material requirements, generate MIS reports and dashboards, and support S&OP forecasting to ensure timely order execution and dispatch.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, XLOOKUP.
• Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
• Data analysis using Power Query/Power Pivot (preferred)
• Dashboard creation and automation
• Handling large datasets and data cleaning
• Macros / VBA knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally)
• Understanding of production processes and supply chain flow

Responsibilities
