Job summary

Netwoven is seeking a PMO analytics professional to drive data-driven reporting. You will analyze Excel/SharePoint PMO reports, clean data sources, and advance Power BI dashboards for resource use and project health.

You will help migrate data to Dataverse, define data models, enable low-code solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate, and uphold data governance and quality for trusted PMO insights.

Qualifications

• PMO reporting experience in a structured environment.
• Hands-on with PMO metrics and resource utilization.
• Strong Power BI dashboards experience with DAX.
• Ability to transform unstructured data into structured models.
• SharePoint/Excel-based reporting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and standardize PMO reports in Excel/SharePoint.
• Improve Power BI dashboards and data structures.
• Support data migration to Dataverse and define data models.
• Build Power BI reports on resource utilization, project health, forecasting.
• Create Power Apps forms and Power Automate workflows for simple processes.

Preferred Exposure

• Experience in:
• Transitioning reporting from Excel / SharePoint
• Data structuring or migration initiatives
• Familiarity with low-code platforms (Power Platform)

Key Responsibilities (C2H Focus: Delivery-Oriented)

A. Immediate Priorities (First 2 Months)

• Analyze existing Excel / SharePoint-based PMO reports
• Clean and standardize data sources
• Deliver improvements in existing Power BI dashboards
• Identify gaps in data structure and reporting logic

B. Data Transformation & Structuring

• Support migration of data to Dataverse (structured backend)
• Assist in defining data models and relationships
• Help establish a single source of truth for PMO reporting

C. Dashboard Development

• Build and enhance Power BI reports:
• Resource utilization
• Project health
• Forecasting / demand planning
• Ensure reports are:
• Accurate
• Performance-optimized
• Business-friendly

D. Low-Code Enablement

• Build basic solutions using:
• Power Apps (forms / data capture)
• Power Automate (approvals / workflows)

E. Data Governance & Quality

• Ensure consistency and reliability of data
• Maintain structured data practices
• Highlight and resolve data anomalies

F. Emerging Capabilities (Secondary)

• Support improvements in data usability and accessibility
• Exposure to modern analytics tools (learning-oriented, not mandatory)
