Job summary

nCircle Tech Private Limited in Maharashtra is seeking a PMO & Governance professional to strengthen project governance, audits, and reporting.

You will design and maintain Power BI dashboards, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Delivery Heads to drive compliance and continuous improvement.

Candidates with 3+ years in PMO roles and certifications are invited to apply.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, IT, or management).
3+ years in PMO, governance, audits, or compliance.
PMO certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/ PMI-PMOCP) are a plus.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct periodic audits and health checks of projects to ensure adherence to organizational project management standards and methodologies.
Review project artifacts, including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, resource plans, change requests, and closure documents.
Verify whether Project Managers/Project Leads are following defined governance processes, templates, and reporting standards.
Identify process deviations, governance gaps, and compliance risks, and track closure of audit findings.
Ensure project execution aligns with organizational policies, quality standards, and delivery frameworks.

Compliance Management

Monitor compliance with internal PMO guidelines, delivery processes, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all mandatory project governance checkpoints and approvals are completed on time.
Track and report non-compliance issues and work with project teams to implement corrective actions.
Maintain audit records, compliance reports, and governance documentation.

Project Monitoring & Reporting

Track project progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource utilization across the portfolio.
Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance reports for leadership review.
Monitor project KPIs and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
Support PMO reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive governance forums.

Power BI Dashboard Development

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for project portfolio tracking and governance reporting.
Create dashboards for project health, resource utilization, compliance status, risk management, financial tracking, and delivery metrics.
Connect and transform data from multiple sources using Power Query and DAX.
Automate reporting processes and improve dashboard usability for business stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and real-time visibility into project performance.

Risk & Quality Management

Monitor project risks and ensure mitigation plans are tracked and updated.
Drive quality assurance reviews and governance best practices across projects.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PMO effectiveness and project delivery maturity.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with Project Managers, Delivery Heads, Business Stakeholders, and Leadership teams.
Present audit observations, governance findings, and dashboard insights to stakeholders.
Drive accountability for process adherence and compliance across project teams.

Requirements

Required Skills & Competencies

PMO & Governance

Strong understanding of Project Management Office (PMO) functions and governance frameworks.
Experience in project audits, compliance reviews, and governance assessments.
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Understanding of project lifecycle management and quality processes.

Power BI & Reporting

Hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard development (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and report publishing.
Experience in creating executive dashboards and KPI scorecards.
Advanced reporting skills using Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of SQL and data analysis is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in PMO, Project Governance, Project Audits, or Compliance Management.
PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, PMI-PMOCP, or Agile certifications will be an added advantage.
