Job summary

HRD House in Mumbai seeks an experienced Marketing professional to lead Cardio Diabetic products for international markets. You will launch new products and strengthen existing brands, crafting promotional strategies with a focus on creativity and impact.

The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, with 6–8 years in pharma marketing, and exposure to India/domestic or international markets. Based in a dynamic Mumbai team.

Qualifications

• Degree and MBA in marketing for pharma roles.
• Experience in Cardio Diabetic products is preferred.
• Strong launch and brand strengthening track record.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience across India or international markets.

Responsibilities

• Handle marketing for Cardio Diabetic products for international markets based in Mumbai.
• Launch new products and strengthen existing brands in Cardio Diabetic.
• Prepare and implement promotional strategies; be creative.
• Design promo/communication strategies for Opthal brands.
• Run customer campaigns and activities for priority products.
• Plan campaigns for Key Opinion Leaders of Opthal.
• Monthly/Quarterly brand reviews and monitoring.
• Coordinate with support functions to implement marketing plans.

Role & responsibilities

1. Candidate will be responsible for handling marketing function of Cardio Diabetic Products for International based at Mumbai.

2. He/she will be responsible for launching new products & strengthening the existing brands in Cardio Diabetic .

3. He/she will prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be creative.

4. Design Promotional / communication strategies for the various brands of the organization Opthal.

5. Customers oriented campaign & special activities for priority products.

6. Campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders of Opthal.

7. Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.

8. Co-ordination with all support functions for effective implementation of marketing strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

1. B. Pharma or B. Sc and MBA in marketing 6-8 yrs in Pharma Marketing out of 2-3 yrs as Product Manager / Senior Product Manager handling Cardio Diabetic , business covering India/Domestic Market or International Market.

2. He/ She should have good knowledge of Cardio Diabetic .

3. He/ She should be good in launching new products and strengthening existing brands in Cardio Diabetic .

4. Exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity and self initiatives to achieve both personal and corporate goals.

5.Candidate should be excellent in communication and presentation skills.
