Job summary

HRD House in Mumbai is seeking a seasoned Marketing Leader for the Dermatology and Cosmetology segment. You will drive product launches, strengthen brands, and shape promotional strategies while collaborating closely with the Field Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure timely field execution and impactful campaigns.

The candidate should hold B.Pharm and MBA in Marketing, with 8–12 years in Pharma Sales and Marketing, including 2–3 years as Product Manager or Group Product Manager handling

Qualifications

• B. Pharma and MBA in Marketing with 8–12 years in Pharma Sales & Marketing.
• 2–3 years in Product Manager / Group Product Manager roles, dermatology/cosmetology focus.
• Strong launching of new products and strengthening existing brands.
• Experience in planning promotional campaigns and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Launch new products and strengthen existing dermatology and cosmetology brands.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies and be creative.
• Coordinate with Field Manager and other supporters for field execution.
• Plan campaigns and activities for Key Opinion Leaders and brand reviews.
• Review strategy implementation through field work and performance metrics.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 1. Candidate will be responsible for handling Marketing function of
  Dermotology and Cosmetology segment based at Mumbai.


• 2. He/she will be responsible for launching new products &
  strengthening the existing brands.


• 3. He / She should have good experience and knowledge in acute/
  multispecialty brands


• 4. He / She will closely work with Field Manager and all other
  supporters frequently.


• 5. He/she will prepare & implement promotional strategies &
  should be Creative.


• 7. He /she is responsible for the Campaign & special activities planning
  for Key Opinion Leaders and Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.


• 8. He/she will undertake the field work to review & evaluate
  strategy implementation.


• 9. Candidate should have good experience in managing & marketing
  team in PMT to achieve business objective and coordinate with all departments.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 1. B. Pharma and MBA in Marketing , 8 to 12 years in Pharma Sales and
