HRD House in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Marketing function for the CNS/Neuro segment. The role focuses on launching new products, strengthening existing brands, and leveraging deep CNS/Neuro knowledge.

You will work closely with Field Managers and supporters to create and implement promotional strategies, design brand communications, and plan campaigns for Key Opinion Leaders. The candidate should have 6–8 years in Pharma Marketing, with 2–3 years in Assistant/Product

Qualifications

• B. Pharma or B.Sc and MBA in Marketing.
• 6 to 8 years in Pharma Marketing with 2-3 years as AM/PM handling CNS/Neuro.
• Creative, innovative and effective in man management.
• Strong knowledge of CNS/Neuro segment.
• Proven ability to launch new products and strengthen brands.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 1. As a senior product manager candidate will be responsible for handling Marketing function of CNS/ Neuro segment based at Mumbai.
• 2. He/she will be responsible for launching new products & strengthening the existing brands.
• 3. He / She should have good experience and knowledge in CNS/Neuro brands
• 4. He / She will closely work with Field Manager and all other supporters frequently.
• 5. He/she will prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be Creative.
• 6. He/She need to design Promotional/Communication strategies for the various brands of the organization.
• 7. He is responsible for the Campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders and Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.
• 8. He/She will undertake the field work to review & evaluate strategy implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 1. B. Pharma or B.sc and MBA in Marketing , 6 to 8 years in Pharma Marketing out of 2-3 years as Assistant Product Manager/ Product Manager handling CNS/Neuro segment.
