Job summary

HRD House in Mumbai seeks a marketing professional for Dermatology/Cosmetology brands. You will drive product launches, strengthen existing lines, and craft promotional strategies to grow market presence.

The role requires 6-8 years in pharma marketing, with experience in product management and strong communication skills. You will coordinate across functions to execute campaigns and engage Key Opinion Leaders.

Qualifications

• B. Pharma or B. Sc with MBA in marketing.
• 6-8 years in pharma marketing, including 2-3 years in product executive/manager roles.
• Strong knowledge of Dermatology/Cosmotology.
• Experience launching new products and strengthening brands in Dermatology/Cosmetology.

Responsibilities

• Handle marketing for Dermatology/Cosmetology products based in Mumbai.
• Launch new products and strengthen existing brands in Dermatology/Cosmetology.
• Design and implement promotional strategies; be creative.
• Create promotional/communication plans for the brands of the organization.
• Run customer-oriented campaigns and special activities for priority products.

• Conduct monthly/quarterly brand reviews and monitoring.

• 2. He/ She should have good knowledge of Dermatology/Cosmotology.
• 3. He/ She should be good in launching new products and strengthening existing brands in Dermatology/Cosmotology.
• 4. Exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity and self initiatives to achieve both personal and corporate goals.
• 5.Candidate should be excellent in communication and presentation skills.
