Role & Responsibilities

PLC Programming & Automation

• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for manufacturing equipment.
• Commission new machines and automation systems.
• Diagnose and resolve PLC, HMI, VFD, and control system issues.
• Optimize machine performance and reduce downtime.
• Maintain PLC backups, electrical drawings, and automation documentation.

HMI & SCADA

• Develop and modify HMI/SCADA applications.
• Configure alarms, reports, dashboards, and historical data collection.
• Integrate shop-floor equipment with SCADA and MES platforms.

MES (Manufacturing Execution System)

• Support implementation, configuration, and maintenance of MES applications.
• Integrate MES with PLCs, SCADA, ERP, and shop-floor equipment.
• Monitor production data, OEE, downtime, quality, and traceability systems.
• Develop reports and dashboards for production performance monitoring.
• Troubleshoot MES-related issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
• Ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
• Support digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Participate in automation, digital transformation, and plant expansion projects.
