Job summary

CSML GROUP seeks a PLC Programmer / Embedded Systems Engineer to design, develop and commission electronic control systems for arcade games and interactive attractions. You will handle PLC programming, embedded firmware, motor control, audio integration, lighting effects and sensor integration.

The role covers safety logic, machine automation, HMI development, wiring diagrams and cross-functional collaboration with Mechanical and Electronics teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in PLC programming for arcade/gaming systems and embedded firmware development for microcontrollers.
• Proficiency with PLC brands: Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley (preferred).
• Knowledge of RS485, Modbus, CAN and UART communications and motor control.
• Experience with audio systems, RGB LED programming, sensors, pneumatics and actuators.
• Ability to design wiring diagrams and HMIs; collaborate with mechanical and electronics teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop PLC logic for arcade machines.
• Develop embedded firmware using microcontrollers.
• Program game logic.
• Design machine sequencing.
• Integrate LED lighting and RGB effects.
• Develop audio systems and sensors integration.
• Control motors and pneumatics; configure drives.
• Program timers, counters and game logic.
• Develop communication between controllers and HMIs.
• Create wiring diagrams and documentation.
• Troubleshoot field issues; support prototype development.
