Job summary

Talent Destination is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead end-to-end beverage manufacturing operations in Surat, Gujarat. The role demands hands-on leadership to drive production, quality and efficiency in a fast-paced plant.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, CAPEX projects, maintenance, quality systems and compliance with FSSAI, BIS, GMP and HACCP, while steering continuous improvement and achieving plant KPIs.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years total experience with beverage industry.
• Minimum 5 years as Plant Manager / Plant Head in a beverage facility.
• Strong exposure to beverage production, bottling/packaging, utilities and plant operations.
• Proven experience in managing large plant teams and cross-functional operations.
• Candidates from Beverage Manufacturing only will be considered.

• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, BIS, GMP, HACCP and other applicable standards.
• Lead and develop plant teams, ensuring strong people management, productivity and operational discipline.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence and achievement of plant KPIs.

Key Requirements:

• 10–15 years of total experience with strong Beverage Industry experience – Mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Plant Manager / Plant Head in a beverage manufacturing facility.
• Strong exposure to beverage production, bottling/packaging, utilities and plant operations.
• Proven experience in managing large plant teams and cross-functional operations.
• Candidates from Beverage Manufacturing only will be considered.
