Ideal candidates hold BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 15–22 years in chemical/process plant operations; MBA Ops is preferred. Strong leadership in labour management and shift planning is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong exposure to EHS, PPC, maintenance, inventory and labour management.
