Job summary

Crescendo Global is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead high-volume beverage operations at Aurangabad plant. You will oversee end-to-end production planning, drive OEE improvements, manage high-speed lines, and ensure GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 compliance.

Responsibilities include lean manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, cost optimization, and team development across cross-functional teams. Strong hands-on leadership and plant-wide execution are essential.

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in beverage, alcoholic beverage, brewery, distillery, or related manufacturing operations.
  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Strong hands-on experience in production/manufacturing operations and shop-floor management.
  • Experience managing automated, high-speed production, filling, bottling, or packaging lines.
  • Strong knowledge of OEE, line efficiency, production planning, yield, productivity, and downtime reduction.
  • Hands-on exposure to TPM, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement.
  • Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, food safety, and quality systems.
  • Experience in manpower management, team leadership, training, and capability development.
  • Strong experience in cost optimization, waste reduction, utility consumption, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor production line performance, downtime, losses, and equipment effectiveness to maximize plant productivity.
  • Drive conversion cost reduction, waste reduction, yield improvement, and efficient utilization of manpower and resources.
  • Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance teams to maximize equipment reliability, uptime, and production availability.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
  • Lead root‑cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for production, quality, and operational issues.
  • Manage production teams through manpower planning, performance management, coaching, training, and capability development.
  • Support new product launches, production trials, line commissioning, and operational stabilization.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
  • Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards.

Are you an experienced Manufacturing / Production professional with 610 years of experience in beverage or alcoholic beverage manufacturing? We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in production operations, high-speed automated lines, OEE, TPM, Lean, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, cost optimization, and team management to lead manufacturing operations at a high-volume beverage plant. Preferred Skills:
  1. Experience with Coca-Cola / HCCB / Coca-Cola bottling operations or alcoholic beverage manufacturing.
  2. Exposure to high‑speed PET, CSD, glass, bottling, filling, and packaging lines.
  3. Experience with equipment such as Krones, KHS, or similar high‑speed beverage production systems.
  4. Experience in production line commissioning, new product launches, and plant improvement projects.
  5. Exposure to SAP or other manufacturing ERP systems.
  6. Strong knowledge of plant utilities, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability.
