Plant Manager-6+Years- Manesar (Gurgaon)

We are hiring for a Plant Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a beverage manufacturing facility. The role will be responsible for production, maintenance, productivity, budgets, workforce management, safety, compliance, warehousing and continuous improvement initiatives. The position reports to the VP Operations / Manufacturing Head.

Location - Manesar (Gurgaon)

Responsibilities:

1. Lead production and maintenance operations to achieve plant KPIs.
2. Manage production planning, budgets, inventory, staffing, stores, dispatch and warehousing.
3. Drive lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and plant improvement initiatives.
4. Manage workforce performance, discipline and workplace safety.
5. Ensure legal, regulatory, environmental and safety compliance across the plant.
6. Ensure food safety compliance, including CCP, OPRP and PRP requirements.

Requirements :

1. Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Food Technology.
2. 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing facility, specifically within the beverage industry.
3. Strong experience in plant operations, production, maintenance, budgeting and workforce management.
4. Knowledge of food safety systems, plant safety and regulatory compliance.
5. Basic proficiency in MS Office and Internet applications.
6. Strong leadership, communication and continuous improvement mindset.
