Job summary

Eshana Hr Consultants in Mumbai is seeking a seasoned Plant Operations leader to own end-to-end plant operations, drive EHS compliance, and optimize maintenance and utilities for maximum uptime.

The ideal candidate holds a BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (mandatory) and MBA in Operations is preferred, with 15–22 years of experience in chemical/process plant operations. You will also oversee inventory, supply chain coordination, manpower planning, shift management, and labour relations.
