Job summary

Dixon Technologies in India is seeking a payroll and HR operations lead to manage employee data on HRIS/HCM systems, ensuring 100% data accuracy and compliance with local regulations. You will coordinate staff hiring plans, joining activities, and salary negotiations in partnership with HR partners.

Responsibilities include end-to-end payroll processing, payroll MIS, statutory compliances, audits, and month-end closing.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of India payroll and compliance.
• Proficient in Excel reporting and payroll data analysis.
• Experience coordinating SOX and internal audits.

• Coordinate with cross-functional departments for staffing and joining activities in line with HR policies and local rules.
• Lead end-to-end payroll processing and liaise with payroll team and labour contractors.

Job description

Will be the custodian of employee data on Human Capital Management Systems and work with HR Business Partners to ensure 100% data accuracy on Human Capital Management Systems.

Coordinate with Cross functional departments for Staff hiring plan, hiring, salary negoation, Joining activities with compliance of HR manual & local govt. rules

Will lead end-to-end payroll processing and coordinate with payroll team, Labour contractors for hiring, Operators salary etc

Will be responsible for regular preparation Payroll MIS, Employee advances,Medical Insurance

Will be responsible for month end closing for payroll

Will lead statutory compliances and carries working knowledge of ESI,PF,PT,Gratuity, etc

Will be responsible for closing open payroll items

Will be responsible for coordinating Statutory & Internal audits

Will manage employee inquiries related to payroll and attendance

Day to Day Operations and month end payroll activities,Quarterly variable compensation and monthly incentive calculations for eligible employees

Review of Employee advances, Travel Expenses review and processing, payroll payments, Full and final settlements

LTA, Medical reimbursements, Form 16, Day today support and operations Review & Control Payroll

Payroll budgeting, expense review and reporting

Coordinating the SOX Audit & Internal control Audit Statutory & Internal Audit.

Taking lead to close open items related on HR, Employee grievances

Coordinate with Statutory Auditor & Internal Auditor in providing Data

Thorough knowledge of India payroll and compliance

Must be proficient in creating required reporting using MS Excel
