Job summary

Tech Weave International Private Limited is seeking a skilled professional to manage Industrial Relations and Labour Management, statutory compliance, HR operations, and documentation on the shop floor. The role involves ensuring harmonious worker relations, handling grievances, and enforcing labour laws.

You will oversee payroll, attendance, and HRMS data, while coordinating welfare activities and maintaining statutory records.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial relations and labour management.
• Knowledge of key labour statutes (Factories Act, ID Act, Payment of Wages Act).
• Familiar with payroll, attendance, and HRMS processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain harmonious relations with workers.
• Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws (Factories Act, ID Act, Payment of Wages Act, etc.).
• Ensure timely filing of PF, ESIC, LWF, and other labour returns.
• Liaise with government authorities during inspections and audits.
• Maintain statutory registers and licenses (e.g., Factory License, CLRA, BOCW).
• Oversee end-to-end payroll process including leave, OT, and shift allowances.
• Maintain accurate attendance through biometric/HRMS systems.
• Manage HRMS entries, employee database, and salary reconciliations.
• Onboarding/offboarding of plant workers and staff.
• Maintain discipline, hygiene, and safety culture at shopfloor.
• Coordinate canteen, transport, PPE, and other employee welfare activities.
• Prepare manpower reports, attrition data, and statutory MIS.
• Maintain personal files, training records, and leave registers.
