Job summary

Utkarsh Placement Pvt. Ltd. in Gujarat seeks an HR professional to oversee manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, and performance management for plant operations.

This role will drive workforce strategies aligned with production needs and ensure smooth HR execution on site. You will support HR, IR and administrative systems, policies, SOPs and processes, ensuring compliant and efficient operations across the plant, including payroll, attendance, grievances, and welfare

• Oversee compensation & benefits and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs and system processes.

• Support HR, IR and administrative systems, policies, SOPs and processes for plant operations.
• Manage labour law compliance including Factory Act, Contract Labour, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity and related statutory requirements.
• Coordinate licensing activities with local authorities and government bodies.
