Job summary

Adani Group is seeking an experienced HR Head to develop and execute site HR strategies aligned with business goals at our Madhya Pradesh operations. You will lead the HR team, ensure labor compliance, manage relations and performance, and drive engagement across the site while partnering with leadership on org development.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention, and collaborate with corporate HR to ensure policy consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• Masters degree in HRM or MBA in HR preferred.

15. Support community development programs, including education, healthcare, and vocational training, in line with Adani’s CSR initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Masters degree in HRM or MBA in HR is preferred

Mine operation experience in large open cast mines.
3 to 7 years of relevant experience of prefer - Mining Industry working experience.
