Job summary

Adani Natural Resources is seeking an experienced HR leader to develop and implement site HR strategies at our Singrauli operation. You will head the HR team, ensure regulatory compliance, manage employee relations, and drive engagement initiatives across the workforce.

The role requires a mining industry background with 3–7 years of relevant experience, and a track record in talent acquisition, training, and organizational development. This position is based on-site in Singrauli, MP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Master's degree in HRM or MBA in HR preferred.
• Mine operation experience in large open cast mines.
• 3–7 years of relevant mining industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the HR team and oversee all site HR functions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs.
• Partner with site leadership to support organizational development and change management.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Collaborate with corporate HR for policy alignment.
• Provide guidance and support on HR matters to employees and managers.
