Job summary

Adani Group is seeking a site HR leader to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives at the Singrauli site. You will lead the HR team, ensure labor law compliance, manage employee relations, and drive engagement and development programs in coordination with Corporate HR.

The role requires mine operation experience in large open cast mines and 3–7 years of relevant mining industry experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Masters degree in HRM or MBA in HR preferred.
• Mine operation experience in large open cast mines.
• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience, mining industry preferred.

    Implement health and safety protocols for employees, aligning with the site’s operational standards.
15. Support community development programs, including education, healthcare, and vocational training, in line with Adani’s CSR initiatives.
