Job summary

Kalinga Commercial Corporation Limited seeks an experienced HR leader to oversee HR across mining project sites and a corporate office. The role focuses on driving HR strategy, ensuring DGMS compliance, and managing industrial relations and payroll governance.

The ideal candidate will have 10–18 years in mining HR, with strong exposure to statutory inspections and labour laws, and will lead end-to-end HR operations across multiple sites and the central office.

To lead HR teams across mining project sites (more than 25 running MDO & MO projects) and corporate office to achieve progressive development and growth. Our clients include PSUs of State and Central Government and reputed national & multinational company.
