Job summary

Ltms Consulting seeks a senior plant operations leader to oversee production, maintenance, engineering, quality, EHS and utilities, and to drive operational excellence across the site.

You will develop and execute production plans to reach target volume, yield and delivery, while focusing on process safety and cost efficiency in a chemical manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Drive process safety practices including HAZOP, MOC, LOTO, PSSR, incident investigation and CAPA.
• Monitor plant KPIs such as OEE, yield, downtime, rejection, energy consumption and manufacturing cost.
