Job summary

JHC Recruitment Agency seeks a Plant Head - Manufacturing to lead end-to-end plant operations, including production, maintenance, utilities, CAPEX projects, and overall performance.

You will drive efficiency across safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery, manage production planning and capacity, oversee maintenance strategy, and collaborate with supply chain, quality, HSE, engineering, and commercial teams to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in production management, maintenance & reliability, CAPEX projects, and operational excellence.
• Experience leading large shopfloor teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A successful candidate comes with 12+ years of experience from a manufacturing background.
• The individual should have strong exposure to production management, maintenance & reliability, CAPEX projects, and operational excellence, along with experience leading large shopfloor teams.
• Experience in food, FMCG, animal nutrition, aquafeed, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred, along with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
