Job summary

Alpine Placement Consultant is seeking an accomplished leader to supervise manufacturing and day-to-day operations in our Pune district facility. You will oversee production, PPC, maintenance, quality, purchase and stores to ensure smooth execution and high performance.

You will drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen), focus on productivity gains and cost optimization, and mentor cross-functional teams to sustain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong overall operations & manufacturing leadership capability.
• Good understanding & practical implementation capability of Lean Manufacturing / 5S / Kaizen, productivity & cost optimization

Responsibilities
