Job summary

Symphoni Hr is seeking an experienced Plant/Factory Operations Head to oversee end-to-end plant operations across paper bags, plastic bags and blow film extrusion, with responsibility for production, quality, maintenance, cost optimization and people management.

Lead production planning, manpower, raw materials and utilities, drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Kaizen, ensure safety and compliance, achieve targets and on-time delivery, and coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience as Plant/Factory/Operations Head
• Experience with ERP/Production Management System
• Export-oriented manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

• End-to-end plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, cost optimization, compliance and people management
• Lead plant operations for paper bags, plastic bags and blow film extrusion
• Achieve production targets, productivity, OEE, capacity utilization and on-time delivery
• Manage production planning, manpower, raw materials, inventory and utilities
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure quality standards, customer specifications and reduction of rejections/complaints
• Oversee preventive/breakdown maintenance and equipment availability
• Ensure EHS, Factory, Labour and statutory compliance
• Drive cost reduction and optimum utilization of RM, power and utilities
• Lead Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Utility teams
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance and HR
• Ensure effective stakeholder management with customers, vendors and regulatory authorities
