SUA Explosive is seeking a Plant Operations lead to oversee the entire plant operations, production, safety, and regulatory compliance at the Nagpur site. The role requires strong leadership to drive safety culture and ensure export readiness and quality standards.

You will coordinate QA/QC documentation and regulatory adherence across departments. The ideal candidate will manage people, drive operational excellence, and align with safety and regulatory requirements for a high-stakes explosives
