Job summary

Haridwarbn is seeking a Plant Head for API manufacturing to lead end-to-end plant operations, drive yield improvements, cost reductions and regulatory compliance. You will manage cross-functional teams, troubleshoot complex processes, and optimize capacity and productivity to meet production targets.

The candidate should bring strong API/pharma manufacturing experience, proven plant leadership, and a hands-on, results-oriented approach with a focus on process improvements and cost efficiency.

• Experience managing a complete manufacturing plant.
