Job summary

Orchid Pharma in India seeks a seasoned site head to oversee end-to-end operations across Production, QA/QC, Engineering, EHS, Warehouse and Utilities.

You will drive cGMP-compliant manufacturing of APIs and finished formulations, lead production planning and site performance, and mentor a high-performance team while aligning with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years of independently handling a manufacturing site/plant.
• Strong experience in API and finished formulations.
• Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, regulatory compliance, EHS and plant operations.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities
