Evergreen Enterprises in India seeks a skilled Plant & Machinery maintenance technician with 2-4 years of hands-on experience to supervise operation, maintenance, and repair of construction equipment at project sites.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required; candidate should be familiar with drilling rigs, excavators, compressors, and other site machinery, and capable of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and keeping service logs.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in plant and machinery maintenance or related field.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the operation, maintenance, and repair of construction plant and machinery.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain equipment service records, breakdown reports, and maintenance logs.
• Monitor the condition and availability of machinery at project sites.
• Coordinate with site engineers, operators, and maintenance teams for equipment requirements.
• Ensure proper usage, safety, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Assist in spare parts identification, inventory control, and procurement requirements.
• Monitor fuel consumption and machinery performance.
• Coordinate equipment mobilization, demobilization, and inter-site transfers.

• Basicknowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Abilityto identify faults, troubleshoot breakdowns, and carry out routinemaintenance.
• Knowledgeof preventive maintenance schedules and spare parts management.
• Willingnessto travel to project sites and work in site conditions as required.
• Goodcoordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeof equipment safety procedures and maintenance documentation.
