Job summary

Anarock Property Consultants seeks a seasoned Planning Lead to establish and steer site-level planning systems, ensuring on-time project execution. You will align design, procurement, and construction activities, and manage risks through structured planning and monitoring.

The role requires setting up comprehensive schedules, auditing progress, and coordinating with site teams to reflect actual progress and constraints. You will drive recovery planning and report variances to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead site-level planning systems that support timely and efficient project execution.
• Provide strong planning leadership to ensure alignment between design, procurement, and construction activities.
• Enable proactive management of project risks through structured planning and monitoring.
• Set up and maintain comprehensive project schedules covering design development, procurement, construction, FFE/OSE (where applicable), and commissioning.
• Review, audit, and validate schedules to ensure accuracy, constructability, and logical sequencing.
• Monitor critical and near-critical activities and proactively highlight delays or risks.
• Support procurement teams by integrating material lead times and vendor schedules into master plans.
• Coordinate closely with site teams to ensure planning reflects actual progress and constraints.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and highlight variances against baseline schedules.
• Support recovery planning, re-sequencing, and mitigation strategies when deviations occur.
• Ensure planning inputs support senior management decision-making.
