Job summary

Anarock Property Consultants in Pune seeks a Project Engineer to support structured delivery of construction activities, aligned with approved scope, schedule, quality and safety objectives, and to act as a technical liaison to the Project Manager by providing accurate site data and coordination inputs.

Responsibilities include implementing Master and Micro Schedules, coordinating with contractors to meet planned progress, preparing QA/QC plans and ITPs, monitoring safety, and applying Synergy

Responsibilities

• Support structured and timely delivery of project activities in line with approved scope, schedule, quality, and safety objectives.
• Act as a technical support partner to the Project Manager by providing accurate site data, analysis, and coordination inputs.
• Promote disciplined execution, value engineering, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Implement Master Schedule and Micro Schedules, including resource planning, pour schedules, and tracking logs.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure planned progress is achieved and potential delays are proactively mitigated.
• Prepare, review, and track QA/QC plans, inspection checklists, and ITPs.
• Monitor safety procedures and ensure adherence to site safety standards and protocols.
• Ensure strict implementation of Synergy manuals and organizational systems.
• Support value engineering initiatives and provide constructive technical feedback on drawings.
• Inspect quality of work and materials delivered at site for compliance.
• Monitor manpower deployment and productivity at site.
• Review project cost trends and support cost-control initiatives.
• Verify monthly billing certified by Billing Engineers.
• Track daily progress against planned quantities and highlight deviations.
• Generate RFIs and coordinate drawing clarifications with consultants.
• Work collaboratively with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
• Support junior staff and promote teamwork, discipline, and accountability at site.
• Maintain professional and positive communication across stakeholders.
