Job summary

Integrated Personnel Services Limited is seeking an experienced Planning Professional to support planning, scheduling, monitoring, and project controls for Buildings & Factories projects.

The candidate should have 9–12 years of experience, a B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering, and strong Primavera P6 skills, with knowledge of MS Project, EVM, Power BI, and advanced Excel. Travel to project sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 9–12 years of planning experience in Buildings & Factories projects.
• B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering – mandatory.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 – mandatory.
• Knowledge of MS Project, project scheduling, monitoring & controls.
• Experience in delay analysis, EOT, S-Curves, MIS & progress reporting.
• Exposure to Buildings, Factories, Industrial, Commercial facilities, Warehouses or Data Centers.
• Knowledge of EVM, Power BI and advanced MS Excel preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites for reviews and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor project schedules and baselines.
• Track project progress and identify delays/risks.
• Prepare recovery and catch-up plans.
• Generate MIS, dashboards and progress reports.
• Support delay analysis and EOT claims.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement and site teams.
