Job summary

You will establish standards, coordinate with teams, and provide analyses and recovery plans as needed.

The role requires 8-12 years of experience in project planning, strong CPM knowledge, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6 preferred).
• Solid understanding of CPM, delay analysis and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Establish planning standards, WBS, and scheduling methodologies.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to gather progress data and validate schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify schedule risks, delays, and critical path impacts.
• Prepare schedule analyses, look-ahead programs, and recovery plans as required.
• Review contractors baseline schedules, updates and time-related claims.
• Prepare and present planning reports, dashboards, and progress summaries for management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and internal planning procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated project schedules using approved planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Establish planning standards, work breakdown structures (WBS), and scheduling methodologies.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to gather progress data and validate schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks, delays, and critical path impacts.
• Prepare schedule analyses, look-ahead programs, and recovery plans as required.
• Review contractors baseline schedules, updates, and claims related to time.
• Prepare and present planning reports, dashboards, and progress summaries for management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and internal planning procedures.
• Support project forecasting, milestones tracking, and scenario analysis.
