Job summary

Imitr Hr Consulting Services in Lucknow seeks an experienced Civil Planning professional to lead master scheduling and look-ahead planning using Primavera P6. The role requires coordinating material and manpower, tracking progress, and ensuring CPM alignment.

Candidates should have 7-12 years of civil planning experience on high-rise or commercial projects, with expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel. A BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 7-12 yrs exp in Civil Planning for High-Rise/Commercial projects.
• Expert in Primavera P6, MS Project & MS Excel.
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering mandatory.
• Strong delay analysis & S-curve skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop master schedules, baseline & look-ahead plans in Primavera P6.
• Track progress (DPR/WPR/MPR), S-curves & CPM.
• Analyze project delays, EOT claims & prepare recovery schedules.
• Coordinate execution, material & manpower planning.
