Job summary

RRA Project Management Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram invites a Planning Engineer Civil to lead project planning and scheduling using MS Project, ensuring proper sequencing of civil, MEP, and finishing works.

The ideal candidate holds a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil and has at least 3 years of experience, strong CPM and Gantt chart skills, and clear English communication to coordinate with site teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction/project planning.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Project (MSP).
• Good understanding of construction methodology, activity sequencing, and project scheduling.
• Knowledge of CPM, Gantt Charts, project monitoring, and progress tracking.
• Good interpersonal, coordination, and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with Residential, Commercial, and Institutional projects is preferred.
• PMC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and regularly update project schedules using MS Project (MSP).
• Prepare and maintain Gantt Charts, baseline schedules, and progress schedules.
• Understand and plan proper construction sequencing, including Civil works followed by MEP, finishing, architectural, and other activities.
• Apply basic planning techniques such as Critical Path Method (CPM) and identify critical activities.
• Monitor planned vs. actual project progress and highlight delays or schedule deviations.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and track project milestones.
• Assist in identifying schedule risks and developing recovery plans for delayed activities.

We are looking for a Planning Engineer Civil with strong project planning and scheduling skills, hands‑on knowledge of MS Project (MSP), and a good understanding of construction activities and site sequencing.

Key Responsibilities
