Job summary

Shriram Properties is seeking a seasoned Project Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, baselines, and WBS for construction programs. You’ll coordinate with engineering, procurement, contracts and site teams to ensure on‑time delivery, monitor progress, analyze delays, and prepare regular MIS reports for management.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MSP.
• Prepare baseline schedules, WBS, milestones, and resource plans.
• Monitor progress against schedules and identify variances.
• Analyze delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Site Execution, QA/QC to meet timelines.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards for management.
• Track productivity, resource utilization and critical path activities.
• Conduct look‑ahead planning and monitor short‑term construction schedules.
• Participate in project review meetings and present schedule updates.
• Review contractor schedules and validate progress claims.
• Assist in recovery schedules when slippages occur.
• Maintain documentation related to planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Support tender planning with preliminary schedules and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with planning standards and project requirements.
