Job summary

Global Edifice is seeking a project coordinator/scheduler for real estate construction projects in Karnataka. The role emphasizes developing and monitoring schedules, tracking milestones, and coordinating with site, design, and consultants to ensure timely delivery.

Must have hands-on experience with Primavera/MS Project and strong coordination and analytical abilities to prepare DPR and progress reports and identify delays with corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate/construction, preferably high-rise residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera/MS Project.
• Good project coordination & analytical skills.
