Job summary

The candidate will assist in project planning, resource/material planning, schedule tracking, and documentation across ongoing civil projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Client billing and coordination of billing processes.
• Progress monitoring of projects and alignment with schedules.
• MIS/reporting for project status and KPIs.
• Contract compliance monitoring and documentation.
• Support for project planning and scheduling.
• Resource and material planning coordination.
• Schedule tracking and milestone adherence.
• Risk and deviation management for civil works.
• Documentation of project activities and records.
• Claims handling and liaison with clients.
• Preparation and review of drawings as needed.
• Customer coordination throughout project lifecycle.
• Quantity reconciliation and cost control.
