Job summary

Kean Construction is seeking a Billing Engineer to manage end-to-end client and subcontractor billing. You will verify measurements, review BOQ and drawings, and coordinate with project, site, and accounts teams to ensure timely invoicing and accurate financial records.

The role involves preparing running accounts, final bills, variation statements, and reconciliation, with a focus on cost control and meticulous documentation. Excellent communication is essential for audits and client reviews.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
• 2–5 years' experience for Engineer (Billing); 5–8 years for Senior Engineer (Billing); 8–12 years for Assistant Manager (Billing).
• Strong knowledge of billing procedures, estimation, and cost control; excellent documentation and reporting are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and finalize client and subcontractor bills.
• Review BOQ, drawings, and work orders for accurate quantity take-off and billing.
• Coordinate with project, site, and accounts teams for smooth billing operations.
