Job summary

Mace is seeking a Project Manager (PMC) for residential, commercial and data centre projects in Mumbai. The role focuses on developing integrated plans reflecting site logistics and constraints, and coordinating with the project team to drive weekly progress and contractual compliance.

You will review productivity data, build strong stakeholder relationships, and embed sustainability, procurement and HSW principles within programme activities to support successful delivery and net-zero

Qualifications

• Degree qualification with 5–20 years experience.
• Hands-on PMC experience.
• Experience in large-scale data center, commercial and residential construction projects.
• Strong site coordination and execution capabilities.
• Knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
• Ability to coordinate client, contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
