Job summary

Mace in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Project Manager/PMC professional to lead the development and management of planning and building regulation applications, ensuring compliance with project requirements and coordinating with clients, consultants and construction teams.

You will oversee design delivery, monitor performance, manage scope, programme and contracts, and provide regular reporting to support informed decision-making while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification is essential with 5-20 years experience.
• Hands-on Project Management Consultancy (PMC) experience.
• Experience in large-scale data center, commercial and residential construction projects.
• Strong site coordination and execution capabilities.
• Knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
• Ability to coordinate client, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project schedules and site deliverables.
