Job summary

Mace in Mumbai is seeking a qualified Project Management Consultant to lead delivery on residential, commercial and data centre projects. You will drive annual business plan objectives, audits, root cause analyses, and governance improvements while coordinating with clients, contractors and stakeholders.

We value safety, client focus, integrity and continuous improvement, and seek a candidate with a degree and 5–20 years in PMC to manage large-scale construction programs.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification is essential with 5-20 years experience.
• Hands-on PMC experience.
• Experience in large-scale data center, commercial and residential construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
• Ability to coordinate client, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.

• Deliver annual business plan objectives, ensuring effective execution within agreed timescales and budgets.
• Lead internal and external audit programmes, supporting certification compliance and continual improvement initiatives.
