Qualifications

• Degree qualification is essential with 5-20 years experience.
• Hands-on PMC experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience in data centre, commercial and residential construction.

• Knowledge of quality and safety practices.
• Ability to coordinate clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project schedules and deliverables.

The Project

This opportunity is for residential, commercial and data centre projects.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Coordinate and manage site delivery activities, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and project requirements.
• Lead short-term planning, production control and daily performance management to optimise project delivery.
• Oversee quality assurance processes, including inspections, trade handovers, QSO and QITP compliance.
• Review and approve construction methodologies while ensuring design coordination and façade requirements are effectively managed.
• Produce project reporting, chair key coordination meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all parties.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement and supporting net zero carbon delivery objectives.

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree qualification is essential with 5-20 years experience.
• Hands-on Project Management Consultancy (PMC) experience.
• Experience in large-scale data centre, commercial and residential construction projects.
• Strong site coordination and execution capabilities.
• Knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
• Ability to coordinate client, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project schedules and site deliverables.
